story
Perhaps not everyone knows that at the origin of this name there is me, a Golden Retriever puppy without great aspirations and without a shred of idea to which to entrust his future. Yes gentlemen, I am the Porcocane, a hothead (as they called me) escaped from the pack, looking for a master who loved me for who I was.
It all begins on a summer evening while I was happily running around in the park, together with my peers. It was very hot and my master, with his brother and his partner, was walking at close range and didn’t notice me drooling over a little dog named Brenda.
I detached them of some length and as soon as I was able I ran away.
I was so thrilled that she too was making me sweet eyes that I didn’t hear the call:
“Jago, come here!”
“Jago, come here now !!”
“Porcocane! Jago, come here immediately!!! “
Fu così, semplicemente, che venne l’idea. I’m sure. They spent all their time chattering about how to set up a business in which, as I understood, we could provide for the needs of us puppies. They discussed all sorts of delicacies, toys, comfortable beds and hot baths.
The “porcocane”, name with which my master had taken me back, was very much liked and at that moment I understood perfectly well that he had collaborated in the creation of a place just for us.
They absolutely had to give me credit!
Thus began the works and for me time had stopped, the wait was unnerving until the long-awaited day of the inauguration arrived. The shop was fantastic, I loved everything inside, so when I could enter for a few minutes, to express my joy I ran crazy !!!
A lot of time has passed and above all many of my friends have passed by, some to buy a game, some a kennel, some an infinity of delicacies and some just to be pampered.
Many people know the “Porcocane” of Via Carlo Alberto but many do not know its history: so, for them, we wanted to briefly tell about its birth.
Every time you pass by there, remember me too, of that Golden named Jago who unwittingly contributed to giving birth to a dream!
