Porcocane’s return policy allows the Customer to return the purchased item, without having to specify the reason, up to the end of fourteen calendar days from the date of delivery, unless the right of withdrawal is excluded by applicable law.

Porcocane’s return policy protects the customer’s right of withdrawal and complies with the provisions of the law.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised in relation to any product purchased on our site with the exception of items made to measure or personalized.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised only if the purchased products have not been used (the garments must not have been washed) and are complete with all the original labels and accessories received with the order, including any manual of instructions.

Porcocane does not accept goods that do not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in this Return Policy. In this case, the goods are returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

Terms and procedures for the refund request

The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen days from the date of delivery of the purchased product, informing Porcocane of his decision by registered letter with return receipt to be sent to Porcocane Sas, Via Carlo Alberto 24 A / bis, 10123 Turin or, alternatively, by e-mail to the e-mail address info@porcocane.net

In the communication to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must indicate the header and IBAN of the current account on which he wishes to receive the refund.

The Customer must return the purchased product within fourteen days following the date on which he communicated his intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, using in suitable and intact packaging, via traceable shipping to Porcocane – Via Carlo Alberto 24 A / bis – 10123 Turin.

Refund

If the Customer has duly communicated the desire to exercise the withdrawal within fourteen days of delivery of the product, Porcocane will reimburse the price paid for the goods and shipping costs by bank transfer. In any case, Porcocane suspends the refund until the date of return of the item or until the Customer has provided proof of having returned it.

It should be noted that the costs for returning the item (such as shipping and packaging) are charged to the customer
