Order preparation times
Items already available are shipped within 7 working days (Monday-Friday) from the order date.
Custom-made items require more time, approximately 20 to 30 days.
Due to the situation linked to the Covid emergency, shipments may be delayed.
During the sales or promotions period, shipments may take longer.
The shipping costs for deliveries in Italy are 15 euros.
From the moment the shipment leaves our warehouse, delivery takes place within 4 working days in all locations in Italy.
We advise the Customer to indicate an address where he can be easily found to receive the goods and to always provide his telephone number where he can be reached, so as to avoid delays due to failed delivery attempts. It is also possible (and recommended) to enter the address of your workplace or trusted persons in charge of collecting the package. The courier makes up to two delivery attempts at the address indicated. The second delivery attempt is made automatically on the working day following the non-delivery. In case of non-delivery even on the second attempt, the courier will leave a notice of stock with the references of the center where the customer can collect the shipment in the next 10 working days, including Saturday, starting from the working day following the date of the second attempt. delivery indicated on the second notice.
The recipient cannot request delivery on specific days or times.
When the order is shipped, customers receive an email from Porcocane sas with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before signing as proof of delivery of the shipment. The packages are carefully packed with adhesive tape placed as a seal on the wrapper. If for any reason the package appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery.
In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact Porcocane sas at email@example.com.
All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Porcocane and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses the delivery, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
We wish to remind new customers that Porcocane can ask Paypal to verify the transaction, even by contacting the counterparty bank. This verification could cause some delay in the shipment of the order.
Porcocane is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or due to force majeure beyond our control.
