Order Preparation Times

Items that are already available are shipped within 7 working days (Monday-Friday) from the date of the order.

Custom-made items require more time, typically ranging from 20 to 30 days.

Due to the Covid emergency situation, shipments may experience delays.

During sale periods or promotions, shipments may take longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for deliveries in Italy are 15 euros.

Delivery Times

From the moment the shipment leaves our warehouse, delivery takes place within 4 working days in all locations in Italy.

We advise the Customer to provide an easily accessible address to receive the goods and to always provide a telephone number where they can be reached, in order to avoid delays due to unsuccessful delivery attempts. It is also possible (and recommended) to provide the address of one’s workplace or trusted individuals authorized to pick up the package. The courier makes up to two delivery attempts at the specified address. The second delivery attempt is automatically made on the next working day after the unsuccessful delivery. In case of non-delivery even on the second attempt, the courier will leave a notice of storage with the references of the center where the customer can collect the shipment within the next 10 working days, including Saturday, starting from the working day following the date of the second delivery attempt indicated on the second notice.

The recipient cannot request delivery on specific days or times.

Shipment Tracking

When the order is shipped, customers receive an email from Porcocane sas with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.

Upon arrival of the goods, Customers are kindly requested to carefully inspect the package before signing for delivery of the shipment. The packages are carefully packed with adhesive tape placed to seal the package. If for any reason the package appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, Customers are kindly requested to sign the receipt of the delivery with a reservation, or to refuse the delivery.

In case the delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, Customers are kindly requested to immediately report the incident to the courier and to contact Porcocane sas at the address info@porcocane.net.

All Customers placing an order establish a commercial relationship with Porcocane and therefore commit to accepting the delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered due to reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect phone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses the delivery, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.

We would like to remind new customers that Porcocane may request Paypal to verify the transaction, including contacting the counterpart bank. This verification may cause some delay in the shipment of the order.

Porcocane is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and checks, or for force majeure events beyond our control.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Customers are informed that any customs duties and import taxes are borne by the customer. The relevant amount is to be paid to the courier according to the procedures indicated by the courier itself.
